A bit more context

I studied philosophy, then CS in Hamburg, and spent four years building a conversational AI platform at a startup. Then I joined MOIA — first owning the core booking flow, driving rider retention and revenue growth, then the payment platform processing millions of transactions, and now the external API powering third-party integrations worldwide, from Europe's largest public transport operators to Uber in the US.

In 2025, agentic engineering opened a door for me. With tools like Claude Code I could suddenly ship full-stack apps, data pipelines, and API integrations in days or weeks. It made sense to stop separating the two things I'd been doing — understanding what to build and actually building it. So alongside MOIA, I started working with established German companies on AI automation, data engineering, and SaaS — either solo or embedded with their IT teams.

For projects that go beyond technology — where strategy, transformation, or business operations are part of the equation — I work as part of Inception Collective. I bring the tech and product side, the collective covers strategy, operations, and transformation.
